AADUKALAM REVIEW

The Polladhavan combination of director Vetrimaaran, music director G V Prakash and cinematographer Velraj with Dhanush and Kishore is back once again in one of the first releases of 2011. In Aadukalam, Vetrimaaran takes to Madurai backdrop and rooster fights to tell his story in a distinct manner.Movie lived up to its hype.dhanush suits perfectly to the
character karuppu with his body language and dialogue, well scripted by vetrimaran and narration style of the incident are unique in is own
way, tapsee is perfect apt for anglo indian character,

Story of the movie starts when
karuppu go against the will of his mentor for the cock fight .

"Otha Sollaala" & "Ayyayo" songs are already chart busters, G.V prakash works in this movie is commendable one ,actually BGM s also good,Cinematography of the movie velraj did great job, special applause to him for the way he captured the cock fight.
First half of the movie is superb compare to the second half, its complete entertainer.
verdict:
Rating- 3.5/5. Dhanush is outstanding. 1st half brilliant, 2nd half a bit slow.good direction.
